Terms of Service

Last updated: 24 January 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Miniship, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Miniship is a changelog hosting service that allows users to create, manage, and share changelogs for their projects. Users can track releases, categorize changes by type (Added, Changed, Fixed, etc.), embed changelogs on their own sites, and share them publicly.

3. User Content

Users are solely responsible for the content they add to their changelogs. Miniship does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any user-generated content.

Miniship accepts no liability for the content, accuracy, or legality of any changelog entries created by users. By publishing content, you represent that you have the right to share it and that doing so does not violate any applicable laws.

4. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to remove, without notice, any changelogs or content that:

  • Contains illegal content
  • Promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination
  • Is offensive, abusive, or in bad taste
  • Violates the rights of others
  • Is spam or primarily promotional in nature
  • Otherwise violates these terms or applicable law

We may also suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate these terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to circumvent any security measures
  • Interfere with other users' use of the service
  • Create multiple accounts to evade bans or restrictions
  • Abuse the service or use it in ways that could harm its availability

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the changelogs you create. By making a changelog public, you grant other users permission to view and share it. The Miniship service, including its design and functionality, remains our property.

7. Limitation of Liability

Miniship is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Miniship shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Miniship after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
